Any cancellations/refund requests will be charged an admin/booking fee.
For Adult/Dealer Tickets:
An admin/booking fee of £10 will be charged. Cancellations after August 15th 2027 may not be refunded. We will not issue refunds in the week of the convention itself except in exceptional circumstance.
For Banquet Tickets:
A non refunable admin/booking fee of £5 will be charged. Cancellations after August 15th 2027 may not be refunded.
Bursary Donations.
Bursary donations are non-refundable.
Adverts.
A refund will not be available after the booklet is formatted. A non-refundable admin/booking of £5 will be charged.
For other Shop items:
A non-refundable admin/booking fee of £5 will be charged. Cancellations after September 15th 2027 may not be refunded.
