This is the regular priced ticket that most members will require. See child tickets for under-16s.

Please note: you must be manually approved as a vendor before choosing this rate.
You can also join as “Adult” and upgrade your ticket later, after you have been approved.
Upgrade options will appear once logged in as Adult member.

Child Tickets
Applies to children between 5 and 16 years of age.
Children’s tickets are purchased separately, and do not require a login or subscription of their own.
Must be added by the attending member responsible for their care after purchase of their own membership. This will appear as an option to purchase in the Member Centre or Shop, visible after login.
Under 5s free. Over 16s require adult or student ticket.

*BFS membership will be individually verified, we reserve the right to ask for proof of being a full time student or unwaged. Buying a membership you are not entitled to will be treated as a code of conduct violation. If you are not sure if you qualify, need a discount for a reason not stated or need a carers ticket, please drop us an email info@fantasycon2027.co.uk
Purchase tickets
After successful registration, you will gain access to the Member Centre where you may add profile information like your chosen badge name, bio, image, dietary info, etc, and choose whether you wish to appear in the member listings. Even if you have not opted out of listing, you will not appear on the member list until you have filled out your badge name.
Before you start, a note on usernames and accounts
For security, please do not use your real name, badge name, or email for your username. Usernames cannot be changed after registration. Please make a note your username and password, and which email you have used!
Legal first and last names are not required for purchase. Please use your preferred names instead.
Your username, email, and first and last names will not be seen on the website publically – we will show your badge name instead – but all your personal information may be seen by convention organisers and volunteers in order to administer your membership. Your password will not be seen by anyone else but can be reset by us, if you require it.
Each member requires their own account, and unique email address, except for children under 16 years of age. If there are any issues or queries at all, please contact us before registering and we will help!
To upgrade your subscription from Attendee to Dealer, please login and go to the Member Centre. In case of payment failure or other account issues, please contact us.
