We understand that attending a convention can be difficult for some people for a variety of reasons. We would like to help you if we can. We have a bursary (scholarship) fund that we are asking individuals and organisations for funding so we can fund the things that you need. We can also potentiallially supply things like mobility scooters or carers tickets if these are needed. We may be able to offer a discounted or free ticket if finances are tight.
We are particularly keen to hear from people from underrepresented communities who would not otherwise be able to attend.
The number and value of Bursary awards and assistance will depend on donations received.
The first application deadline is 30th December 2026. Applications received after this date will be considered on a rolling deadline, depending on what funds and resources we have available.
Anyone, individuals and organisations, who wish to donate to the Bursary scheme, can do so via the website shop. Alternatively, you can email us info@fantasycon2027.co.uk to arrange an different payment method. All donations, however large or small are very appreciated.
